The Russian Museum will hold a musical marathon in palaces

The State Russian Museum will host a festive program dedicated to the 125th anniversary of its opening. On March 19, the musical marathon begins, which will take place over several days in the Mikhailovsky, Marble, Stroganov palaces. In honor of this, the cost of the entrance ticket will be reduced. TASS writes about it.

The concert program at the Mikhailovsky Palace will be opened by musicians from the Art-Line Foundation for the Support of the Arts, followed by a performance by the soloists of the St. Petersburg Chamber Ensemble conducted by Mikhail Gantvarg (Petersburg-Concert) and Lev Potapov, a graduate of the St. Petersburg Conservatory.

March 23 announced the concerts of the State Orchestra of Folk Instruments “Metelitsa” named after. NI Privalov in the Mikhailovsky Castle, March 25: the State Academic Chapel in the Stroganov Palace.

As a reminder, a new webcam has been installed in the General Staff building of the State Hermitage – it is located in the room with works by Henri Matisse. The lens features paintings by the French artist such as “Dance”, “Music” and “Conversation”.
