The Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of two aircraft and a helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
The official representative of the Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov listed the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of contact with our positions: Russian troops killed more than 50 Ukrainian servicemen in the Kupyansk direction, more than 60 in Krasno -Limansky, more than 80 in Donetsk and 40 in Yuzhno-Donetsk.
Three sabotage groups, dozens of tanks, armored vehicles and pickup trucks were also eliminated.
The lieutenant general noted that also during the day the attacks of operational-tactical and army aviation, missile troops and artillery hit: three ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 89 artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in firing positions, manpower and military equipment of the enemy in 126 districts.
“In the course of counter-battery combat, two US-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery combat radar stations, one US-made M777 artillery system, two Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery mounts, two Akatsia self-propelled ukrainians. propelled howitzers and one D-30 howitzer were destroyed – added Konashenkov.
He thanked the combat aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces for their support: our aces shot down Su-25 and MiG-29 planes and a Mi-8 helicopter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the sky over the Donetsk People’s Republic. It should be noted that on the last day our pilots managed to shoot down five planes. The Ukrainian army is increasingly forced to make up for the destroyed air defense systems (air defense) with aviation.
During the day, our air defense units destroyed 8 Ukrainian drones and 10 rockets of the HIMARS and Uragan multiple launch rocket systems.
In total, since the start of the special military operation, the following have been destroyed:

400 – anti-aircraft missile systems
