According to Chernyshenko, one of the important tasks is to consolidate R&D needs and correlate them with existing research programs. In addition, scientific and technical cooperation proposals will be formed.
The strategy for the development of the communications industry will reduce Russia’s dependence on imported equipment and help ensure the country’s technological sovereignty, the deputy prime minister noted. “The events that we develop will be included in the roadmap. And for our work in this area to be effective, we will update the strategy at least once a year,” Chernyshenko summed up.
