At a government meeting, Prime Minister Mishustin announced the expansion of the Family Mortgage. “Parents raising children with disabilities will be able to apply to buy manufactured homes on the secondary market if there is no apartment building construction in their region,” he said. In addition, now funds from “Prime”, “Family”, “Far East” and IT mortgages can be used to purchase finished homes from closed-end investment funds.

A separate government decision concerns the participants of the special military operation and those mobilized. “The boys are now serving and it is important to free them from the need to deal with paperwork,” Mishustin emphasized. Far East Mortgage participants will retain the terms of the interest rate, as well as the opportunity later than in the standard conditions to register in a purchased or built residential building.
