He noted that it was impossible not to let his citizen into Russia, but immediately after his arrival the senator “would have handcuffed him, right in Sheremetyevo.” According to the politician, Smolyaninov “said himself by the term” in accordance with Russian law.
The senator also considers it necessary to “close the possibility of any profit” in the country to these people. “If you want to support the Nazis, get paid there,” he summed up in a comment for the SHOT Telegram channel.
Last year, Smolyaninov was charged with 30,000 rubles for discrediting the RF Armed Forces.
