In the semifinals of the Masters series tournament, the Russian met the American tennis player Francis Tiafoe. In the first set there was a stubborn struggle, but with the score 5:5, Medvedev managed to win two games in a row – 7:5.
The second game ended with a tiebreaker, where the best tennis player from Russia achieved success – 7:6 (7/4).
