According to the Sakhalinenergo website, there is no electricity in the buildings on Prospects Mira and Pobedy, as well as on Amurskaya, Dzerzhinsky, Karl Marx, Popovich, Pushkin, Rozhdestvenskaya, Fizkulturnaya and Chekhov streets.
“Traffic lights do not work at the intersections: Mira Avenue – Kosmonavt Popovich Street, Mira Avenue – Pobedy Avenue, Lenin Street – Pobedy Avenue, Lenin Street – Kosmonavt Popovich Street,” notes the Telegram channel of the city administration.
They promised to eliminate the consequences of the emergency at the end of the day.
