According to him, with his actions, Washington is inciting the Ukrainian radicals to new terrible deeds. With each new shipment from the United States they feel greater impunity, and continue to kill civilians in the Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions with particular cynicism, the diplomat noted.
