As TASS was told in the press service of the Russian Federal Security Service in the Khabarovsk Territory, the man was found guilty of committing an offense under part 1.1 of article 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ( “Assistance to terrorist activities”).
According to the judicial decision, the terrorists’ accomplice will serve his sentence in prison for the first two years, and then he will go to a strict regime colony, where he will spend another six years.
