“NATO must stay away from the conflict, it cannot succumb to emotions and therefore get involved in it,” the Hungarian chief said.

He advised diplomats to adhere to mutual respect for each other’s cultures and pragmatism.

Earlier, the political adviser to the Hungarian Prime Minister, Balazs Orban, said that Ukraine should not be invited to NATO. Otherwise, it will create a direct threat to the security of all the countries of the alliance.
