british brand dr. Martens and Japanese label Undercover launch collaborations every year, and 2023 is no exception. The new items will go on sale on January 13. Hypebeast writes about it.

This time around, Undercover founder Juna Takahashi reinvented the 1461 eyelet, drawing inspiration from 1970s movie aesthetics. The model is available in three colors: cherry, black and blue. The matte leather was covered with a cage, the characteristic pattern of the Japanese brand. His catchphrase “We make noise, not clothes” is embossed on the back, while the rubber soles are emblazoned with Dr. Martas’ signature.

The boots come with standard black laces and branded insoles. In addition, the design of each package is individual.

Previously, Dr. Martens has unveiled her fourth collaboration with A-Cold-Wall* founder and designer, Samuel Ross. Together they reinvented the 1460 and 1461 boots. The main features were a transparent sole and a zipper instead of laces.
