It will be directed by American singer Demi Lovato, best known for her roles in the Give Sunny a Chance and Glee series. Lovato will direct the documentary “Baby Star.” Deadline reports.
The project will launch the streaming service Hulu. The series will tell about actors and actresses who became famous as children. The adult characters will share how they experienced the ups and downs of their careers and how working in movies as children influenced their lives.
“There is no better subject for my directorial debut than this story, so close to me. Our project sheds light on important messages about what it’s like to grow up in front of the public, learn to defend your limits, and become an active advocate for your own destiny,” said Lovato.
The creators of the picture promise that among them will be the most famous famous children. The project team included director Nicola Marsh and producer Michael D. Ratner, as well as Kfir Goldberg, Miranda Sherman, Scott Ratner, Scooter Braun, Scott Manson, Jennifer McDaniels, and Sheen James.
