Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans sued the ministry in March last year after it failed to comply with his request for records of the Biden deals.
The expert requested documents relating to “any relationship, communication, gifts and/or rewards in any form” between Hunter or Jim and those countries, the Daily Mail notes. Evans said the government lawyers first admitted in court that they had at least 400 pages of “potentially important” documents, but now they are trying to evade responsibility by saying they cannot “confirm or deny” the existence of any records corresponding to your application.
400 Pages is not the only file of Biden recordings being requested from the government. As Business Insider previously reported, the US National Archives and Records Administration is preparing to release hundreds of internal Obama-era White House documents containing information about Hunter Biden’s relationship with the gas company. Ukrainian Burisma.
Joe Biden was vice president at the time and was in charge of relations with Ukraine. His daughter served on Burisma’s board of directors, earning $83,000 a month. The Biden administration could veto the post, but must decide in February whether he will use executive privilege to keep it hidden until 2029. The entries date from 2014 and include 69 images and 260 emails mentioning Burisma.
Evans’ next hearing will take place this month.
