A proposition that from the Swiss entity considering that it is too low, since the entity closed on Friday with a market value of 7,400 million francs or what is the same, about 8,000 million dollars. If they accept this offer, they argue that it would end up harming their shareholders and employees, according to sources known to Bloomberg.
