The working group on SVO issues is preparing a number of legislative initiatives related to mortgage loans, the establishment of allowances for the monetary allowance of recruits, the procedure for terminating fixed-term employment contracts and a number of other issues. This was announced by the head of the group, the Secretary of the General Council of “United Russia” at an off-site meeting, which is held on the basis of a military unit in the Krasnodar Territory.

WHAT TO DO IF THE CO-BORROWER DIES?

“In particular, we are preparing a bill on the termination of loan obligations to the parents of those who died at the front, who are co-borrowers of the loan. Now, this is only possible if the co-borrower was a spouse or minor children. Another initiative in this area concerns the clarification of provisions for the repayment of military mortgages in the event of the death of a combatant. Once again, our group receives a large number of requests on this subject,” explained the politician.

The working group also identified another problem – when the family of an employee of the internal affairs bodies, who was registered for housing during his service and after retirement, is deprived of the right to housing in the event of his death in the North- Eastern Military District.

“The bill that will solve this problem has been drawn up and is in the process of final approval,” said Andriy Turchak.

In order to strengthen the protection of the labor rights of SVO participants during their military service, the working group proposes to legislatively establish a procedure for terminating fixed-term employment contracts with them, similar to that applied to women. pregnant women and women in the country. decree.

“We also propose to establish additional allowances for the monetary allowance of conscripts serving in the regions, with the maximum and average response levels. We are talking about the front line – the Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk regions and a number of other territories. Let me remind you that we are already using a similar approach in relation to conscripts serving in the Chechen Republic,” Andrey Turchak said.

THE VETERAN’S DAY OF BATTLE ACTIONS WILL BE REGISTERED

In addition, the report to the president will include a proposal to establish July 1 as Combat Veterans Day.

“Informally, it is celebrated. We propose to set it at the level of the norm of the decree”, emphasized the head of the working group.

The block of proposals of the working group, which will also be reflected in the report to the head of state, concerns improving the legal framework in the field of state defense orders and increasing the attractiveness of working in defense industry companies. .

“Denis Valentinovich Manturov and I had a joint meeting. A series of proposals that were presented by us were included in the final protocol. We will definitely reflect them in the second report to the President. An example: according to the Decree of the President, scientists and engineers for outstanding achievements in the creation of innovative technologies and the development of special military equipment are now awarded scholarships in the amount of 500 thousand rubles. In total, 1,500 scholarships of this type are paid per year. We propose to double this number”, concluded Andrei Turchak.

The working group on New World Order issues was created by order of the President. It was headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Andrey Turchak. The group included representatives of both houses of the federal parliament and all parliamentary parties, the Ministry of Defence, leaders of public organizations and prominent war correspondents.

The working group constantly monitors the readiness of mobilized citizens, the receipt by them and their relatives of due payments, support measures, as well as a number of other issues related to the SVO.
