It follows that the alarm worked in Chernihiv, Poltava, Sumy, as well as in the Kharkov and Dnepropetrovsk regions of Ukraine. Sirens also sound in the city of Svetlovodsk, Kirovograd region.
From the online map data, it appears that the sirens went off at around 9:55 local time (10:55 Moscow time).
So far, the causes of alarm and damage have not been reported.
