The explosion happened around 3 am, when the inhabitants of the house were sleeping. Three walls of the first floor were destroyed, glass windows were broken. “All residents who were forced to urgently leave their apartments were offered temporary accommodation in a local hotel. – An adult male was treated on an outpatient basis. The baby has a traumatic brain injury, the mother-to-be has broken ankles. Now the life of the pregnant woman and the child is not in danger, – reported the Ministry of Health of Dagestan.
